On the top right hand corner, click you name -> click account -> click add user ( yellow button) -> enter user credentials -> create.
If you create a user, their data will appear on Managers dashboard – Users will only see their own data.
The number of user accounts able to be created is biased of subscription.On left hand side, press the “Import Companies” tab -> Download Template.
Once Excel file downloads, fill out the headers **Company Name is required** -> save the file
return to “Import Companies” and press “choose file” -> select saved excel document -> press submit to import the companies1. Add the company through “Company look up”
On left hand side, press “Company Lookup” -> Enter the name of a company and press “search” -> Choose a company from the search results and press "Add" to add it to your account.
2. Get Prospects for a company
Once a company is added to your account -> select it to view details and select the "company" tab -> Press the magnifying glass to search for prospects -> select to use a credit and wait for the search results.
Select any prospect to add by selecting the check box on the left hand side of each prospects name. -> then press "Add Selected Prospects" to add them to the copmpany
One Prospect lookup will use one credit. Credits will not be charged twice for the same company in the same month. Credit Limit resets each month.
